Available only in an ultra-limited edition of 250 pieces per reference, the 2020 Automatic Launch Edition, represents the ultimate in Wilbur's potent design and character. Welcome to the uprising. Every Wilbur watch is designed and engineered by Jason Wilbur. This level of execution is only possible through the merging of advanced design, passion, old-school hand finishing and modern manufacturing expertise.

The main concept was to create an emotionally and technically bold statement inspired by Jason Wilbur's days as a concept car designer as well as to integrate his signature design themes found throughout his ultra high-end timepiece designs. The fully modular case was meant to evoke the feel that you are wearing a modern chassis on your wrist.

The technical concept for the Launch Edition was to create a piece of art using one of the simplest and most robust mechanical movements available, and build a potent sculpture around it. This is the same movement that was inside Jason Wilbur's first mechanical watch that he had when he was 6 years old. 

The merging of these concepts was the foundation for the Launch Edition. 

The Launch Edition is offered in 316L Stainless Steel with multiple finishes and coatings, a Japanese automatic movement, and sapphire crystals all-around with Anti-reflective coating and Luminescent hands and hour-markers.

The Design & Engineering studio and "Speed Shop" / Assembly & QC factory is in Southern California.
