How much is shipping?
We offer complimentary (standard) domestic shipping (48 contiguous US states). Upgraded and expedited shipping is offered where available for an additional fee. Taxes are collected on items where applicable and when required by law.
International shipping: Please note that customs clearance is different in every country and that you may be charged additional fees, tariffs and brokerage fees on top of postage charges. These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Any additional shipping fees and delivery time will be estimated at time of check out.
Where do you ship to?
In general, we are able to ship worldwide, aside from a few exceptions. Alternative methods of shipping are available for customers outside of our standard shipping zones.
WILBUR cannot ship to APO addresses because USPS does not allow us to insure our products. Please provide an alternative address where you can receive or pick up the package, such as a local FedEx station or address.
We may ask for proof of identification or additional information to approve shipping in the event that shipping addresses do not match payment form information.
When will I receive my order?
Most domestic orders ship within 2 days of order receipt (for in stock items). Any additional shipping pricing and delivery times will be estimated at time of check out.
For “PRE-ORDERED” items: The 2020 Automatic Launch Edition watches are currently being assembled and being prepared for shipment to customers. Customer shipments are expected to begin Summer 2020 and watches will be shipped in-order based on the order in which they were placed.
What's the return policy?
WILBUR offers complimentary domestic returns on all timepieces based on our terms.
WILBUR will provide a refund of exchange for returns that are authorized and received within 14 days of receipt, provided merchandise is in new condition, has not been worn, altered, is special ordered or purchased from a third party. In order to process a return or exchange, please email us for a Return Authorization (and prepaid label for domestic returns). Upon receipt of the return with the watch or item in new condition, a credit or refund will be issued.
International returns: shipping, packing, insurance and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer. We will not accept international returns without prior authorization. Uninsured international returns will not be accepted.
Please be careful when unpacking and repacking merchandise to avoid damaging items. If the watch is not packed safely and securely within a box, we cannot accept a return or exchange.
We only accept exchanges due to manufacturing defects.
What about the warranty?
WILBUR watches come with an international 5-year warranty that covers manufacture defects from the date of purchase.
All warranty submissions and associated repairs are handled through WILBUR in California.
Watches must be registered with WILBUR and must be originally purchased through Wilbur or one of Wilbur’s authorized retailers to be eligible for our warranty. A copy of the receipt is required for proof of purchase and warranty dating. Required service outside of the scope of our warranty program will be provided upon approval of WILBUR. Email WILBUR directly for any warranty claim and we will be happy to assist you.
This warranty does not cover the watchcase, watch bracelet, strap, crystals, screws or normal wear. This warranty will be void if the watch has been mishandled or used under extraordinary conditions. Any customization done by the customer or a 3rd party voids all warrantees. Our watches are water resistant, not water proof. Our watches are not recommended for use as diving watches and should not be submerged in liquids of any kind. Exposure to salt water or other chemicals may damage finishes or cause internal damage. Make sure to keep your crown in the closed position unless setting time/date as the crown in “open” position may expose internal components to damage.
How do pre-orders work?
For Pre-Ordered items, WILBUR requires payment in full. WILBUR works with several suppliers around the world to produce the best components required to manufacture our timepieces. Consequently, our fulfillment dates for pre-ordered items occasionally change. Rest assured, customers will be informed of any changes to the delivery timeline and will be notified of estimated shipping date ranges before purchase. Please note that orders containing both pre-order and immediately available items will ship once pre-order items are available. If you would like immediately available items to ship at the time of your order, please place a separate order for these items.

How do I care for my watch?
Due to the unique construction of your WILBUR watch, normal wear my produce loose screws and fasteners, especially on the strap and strap buckle. These screws may be tightened using a standard watch-makers 1/16” hex screwdriver or basic hex/allen wrench. Be careful not to strip over-tighten or scratch the screws or case when tightening. Do not adjust any screws other than hex-head screws.
