How much is shipping?

We offer complimentary (standard) domestic shipping (48 contiguous US states). Upgraded and expedited shipping is offered where available for an additional fee. Taxes are collected on items where applicable and when required by law.

International shipping may require additional fees. Any import duties or other applicable fees associated with international shipping will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Where do you ship to?

Worldwide. WILBUR cannot ship to APO addresses because USPS does not allow us to insure our products. Please provide an alternative address where you can receive or pick up the package, such as a local FedEx station or address

When will I receive my order?

The 2020 Automatic Launch Edition watches are currently being assembled and prepared for shipment to customers. Customer shipments are expected to begin on Summer 2020 and watches will be shipped in-order based on the order in which they were placed.

Most domestic orders ship within 2 days of order receipt (for in stock items). Any additional shipping pricing and delivery times will be estimated at time of check out.

What's the return policy?

WILBUR will provide an exchange (if available) or refund for returns that are authorized and received within 14 days of receipt, provided merchandise is in new condition, has not been worn, altered, is special ordered or purchased from a third party. In order to process a return or exchange, please email us for a Return Authorization and prepaid label. Upon receipt of the return with the watch or item in new condition, a credit or refund will be issued.

Please be careful when unpacking and repacking merchandise to avoid damaging items. If the watch is not packed safely and securely within a box, we cannot accept a return or exchange.

Pre-ordered items that are cancelled after shipment notification will be subject to any payment processing fees and customer will be notified of any applicable fees.

Special-order items are not eligible for returns.

International returns may be subject to additional shipping and handling fees.

What about the guarantee?

This warranty does not cover the watchcase, watch bracelet, strap, crystals, screws or normal wear. This warranty will be void if the watch has been mishandled or used under extraordinary conditions. Any customization done by the customer or a 3rd party voids all warrantees.  Our watches are water resistant, not water proof. Our watches are not recommended for use as diving watches and should not be submerged in liquids of any kind. Exposure to salt water or other chemicals may damage finishes or cause internal damage. Make sure to keep your crown in the closed position unless setting time/date as the crown in “open” position may expose internal components to damage.

 Due to the modular construction of WILBUR watches, many screws are used to keep case parts in place. Normal wear may produce loose screws and fasteners, especially on the strap and clasp. These screws may be tightened using a standard metric hex/allen wrench. The customer may find it necessary from time to time to tighten screws. Any wear and tear, scratches or damage to screws, fasteners and case due to customer handling is not covered under our warranty. Do not replace screws or fasteners with others not purchased or acquired through WILBUR or its authorized retailers.

How do pre-orders work?

Due to Pre-Order high-demand and ultra-limited quantities:

To reserve or pre-order items, WILBUR requires payment in full. WILBUR works with several suppliers around the world to produce the best components required to manufacture our timepieces. Consequently, our fulfillment dates for pre-ordered items occasionally change. Rest assured, customers will be informed of any changes to the delivery timeline. Please note that orders containing both pre-order and immediately available items will ship once pre-order items are available. If you would like immediately available items to ship at the time of your order, please place a separate order for these items.

How do I care for my watch?

Your watch movement is a finely tuned mechanical machine. As such, it is important to wind the watch periodically if not worn often. Make sure to rotate the rotor several times after not wearing the watch for an extended period of time. This will allow the watch to self-lubricate and for the gears to cycle freely.
